What are your hours of operation?

Monday By appointment, Tuesday –Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday Closed

Am I able to place an order and pick it up at the store?

Yes we are fully stocked at all times

What forms of payment do you take?

We take all forms of payment besides check

How many ounces come in a bundle?

3.8-4 oz.

How many bundles do I need to complete a full sew-in?

typically 3 but dependent on clients density desire

What is the quality of your hair?

Extensions are 100% authentic virgin hair

What is your return or exchange policy?

Sales are FINAL unless proven fault of the company
REFUNDS can be partial or full depending on the situation. It is at Goddess Haven’s discretion. 

Return policy for custom Goddess Unit orders? 

Non-Refundable. 100% discretion of Goddess Haven. 

How are hair appointment cancellations handled?

Cancellations are not recommended. We prefer rescheduling. In the event that you're unable to reschedule you may incur a fee of up to 10% of your original appointment time.

How long does it take to ship and process orders?

Shipping is normally 3-5 business days

How long does MaryJane Collection last?

Depends on how the customer takes care of the extension but can last 2 years or longer

Can MaryJane Collection be colored?

Yes hair can withhold any chemical treatment

Will my hair revert back to its natural texture after I’ve-- straightened it?

Yes it will although we do not recommend that curly hair be straighten because, of the high heat needed it may alter the extension
